Services
We provide residential swimming pool cleaning and maintenance in Englewood, Florida and the surrounding area within about 15 miles. The scope of your service is whatever plan you agree with us in writing or by phone. Anything outside that scope, repairs, parts, draining, or specialist work, is quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.
Scheduling
Service runs on a fixed weekly schedule. Aqua Medics is owner-operated and does not offer 24-hour, same-day, or emergency call-out. Visits may be moved for severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our control; we'll tell you when that happens and reschedule.
Access
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the pool and equipment on the scheduled day, including gate access and pets secured. If a gate is locked, an animal is loose, or the equipment pad can't be reached safely, we'll call you from the property and wait a few minutes where we can. If we still can't get in, the visit is recorded as a no-access visit and charged as completed, because the trip and the route slot have been used. Tell us in advance about gate codes, locks, or dogs and this never becomes an issue.
Your equipment and water
We report equipment problems we find, but we are not responsible for pre-existing faults, age-related failure, or damage caused by equipment we did not install or service. Water chemistry can be affected by rain, heavy use, and automatic fill systems between visits.
Pricing and payment
Prices depend on pool size and condition and are confirmed in your quote. Quotes are free. Recurring service is billed once per calendar month, twelve times a year, it is a monthly rate, not a per-visit or four-week charge, so months with five service days cost the same as months with four. Monthly invoices are issued at the start of the service month and are due on receipt. One-off work such as Green-to-Clean, pre-arrival prep, or a repair diagnostic is invoiced on completion. If an invoice goes unpaid, we'll follow up directly and may pause service until the balance is settled.
Cancellation
Service is month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fee. Let us know before the end of the current service month and we'll close out that month and stop, you're never locked into a term. Seasonal and snowbird customers can pause instead of cancelling: tell us your away dates and we'll hold your spot on the route where the schedule allows, or get you back on as soon as possible when you return. Pools left unserviced through a Florida summer often need a Green-to-Clean before weekly service resumes, so many seasonal owners keep a reduced plan running while they're away.
Licensing and insurance
Aqua Medics Pool Services is a Florida LLC, formed in 2023, and carries the licensing and liability insurance required for the residential pool cleaning and maintenance work we perform. Certificates and current policy details are available to customers on request, just ask when you call.
Photos
We take photos of your pool and equipment as part of our visit reports and service records. We won't publish identifiable photos of your property without asking you first.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
