Aqua Medics Pool Services is a residential pool cleaning and maintenance business based in Englewood, Florida, serving customers within about 15 miles. We are a mobile service with no public premises. You can reach us on (941) 525-2366 or at gwmaclean1@aol.com.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address, when you contact us or submit our form.
- The address of the pool you want serviced, so we can quote and schedule it.
- The service you asked about, your message, and which page you sent it from.
- Photos of your pool and equipment taken during service visits, used for your visit reports and our own service records.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you load a page (such as your IP address and browser type), used only for security and to keep the site working.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To schedule, deliver, and keep records of pool service visits.
- To send visit photo reports and service updates.
- To send invoices and take payment for work performed.
- To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
SMS text messages: consent and opt-out
When you give us your mobile number — by calling, by submitting a form on this site, or by asking to be texted — you consent to receive text messages from Aqua Medics about your quote, your appointments, your visit reports, and your account. Message frequency varies based on your service. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call (941) 525-2366. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected by Aqua Medics are never shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
Service providers
We use third parties to run the business: our website host, our customer relationship and messaging platform (which sends our texts and emails), and our payment and accounting providers. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and it does not store your details in your browser. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become customers are kept for up to two years. Customer service and billing records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Call or email us and we'll handle it. Florida residents may have additional rights under applicable state law.
